“NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER! A recent publication by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) concerning my use of the honourary title of “Professor” has come to my notice. I did not know that honorary titles could not be used until this prompting by GTEC.
I want to put it on record that I DID NOT CHASE the title on a whim. Alfred Nobel university, an internationally recognized and accredited university based in Dnipro, Ukraine followed my contributions to human development and consequently conferred the title on me, which I have used over the last three years.
As a law abiding citizen, I have duly obliged the notice by GTEC and has accordingly ceased using the title of professor.
I have consequently reverted to my credential as a PhD holder earned through research in 2012. The public should kindly oblige and act accordingly.
Thanks to everyone.
Dr. Richard Kofi Asiedu”
