MTN SIM Cards Now Gh10 – Sales Manager Confirms {Video}

In a move to promote transparency and customer satisfaction, MTN Ghana has reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a standardized price for SIM cards.
Mr. David Woasey, Area Sales Manager (South West) for MTN Ghana, made this known at a Media and Stakeholders Forum held in Cape Coast. According to Woasey, MTN SIM cards are available for Gh10, contrary to reports of varying prices.
“MTN SIM cards are available for Gh10,” Woasey stated. “We urge customers to purchase SIM cards from authorized MTN outlets to avoid price discrepancies.”
Woasey emphasized that MTN Ghana values its customers and is dedicated to ensuring their satisfaction. He noted that some individuals have been selling SIM cards at inflated prices, ranging from Gh50 to Gh60 or more.
“We have restricted SIM card sales to our official outlets for strategic reasons,” Woasey explained. “We urge customers to report any price discrepancies to these centers, and assure them that our SIM cards are available at Gh10.”
MTN Ghana’s move aims to protect customers from exploitative pricing and ensure a standardized SIM card price across all authorized outlets.
By maintaining a uniform price, MTN Ghana reaffirms its commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency.
This development is expected to benefit customers by providing affordable SIM cards, convenient access to MTN services, and an enhanced customer experience.
MTN Ghana remains committed to providing quality services, promoting transparency, and protecting customer interests.
As a result of this initiative, customers can expect increased accessibility to MTN services, improved customer support, and innovative products and services.
Woasey emphasized that MTN Ghana values its customers and is dedicated to ensuring their satisfaction. “We are committed to delivering value to our customers and providing them with the best possible experience,” he stated.
The standardized SIM card price is part of MTN Ghana’s broader strategy to enhance customer experience and promote transparency.
