Stop Depending on Politicians, Trust God and Work Hard – Prophetess to Ghanaians

Prophetess Doris has urged the youth to put their trust in God rather than in politicians, saying personal hard work and faith are the key to a stable life.

Speaking in an interview with Odehyieba Gilbert, the Prophetess said many young people today have become “unpredictable” because they place too much hope in political parties and politicians, “Your Life Is In Your Hands And In God,” she added.

Prophetess Doris stated categorically that while every president and leader will do their best, the comfort and progress of one’s life ultimately depends on the individual, “Rely on God more than politicians, because where you sleep and what you eat will all come from your own handwork,” she said.

She acknowledged that there is hardship in the country, but urged people to understand that life changes with time. “Leaders will do their best, but they cannot solve all problems. As we grow, things will also change each day and each year,” she added.

According to her, there is no way to guarantee a smooth life by depending on politicians. “People should rely on God so that life will be smooth and perfect for them,” she said.

Speaking about call of God, Prophetess Doris noted that God’s miracles and ways of working are not the same for everyone. She is expressed concern that some people have turned away from God because of misconceptions, untruthful teachings, and the misunderstanding of the gospel by some pastors in the country.

Some of these so-called pastors have degraded the work of God. That is why you see a lot of our youth at home, without God. They are confused and they have lost trust. “If you are a true pastor and you save people through your teachings, that is enough. You cannot doubt that such a person is not from God. The fruit will show.

There are pastors God uses with directions and prophecy to save people. There are those God uses through powerful preaching to transform lives. And there are those God uses with the gift of healing to restore people. But the problem is some pastors fake these gifts just to chase money, fame, and crowd. That is what is pushing our youth away, she added.
