Ghanaian artiste Crown Buka has appealed to the Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, Hon. Dzifa Gomashie, to intervene and support artistes in maximizing their earnings on digital streaming platforms (DSPs).

In an interview on Ahomka 99.5 FM with DjQwequ, Crown Buka emphasized the need for artistes to benefit financially from their work on DSPs. He believes that with the right support and structures in place, artistes can earn a decent living from their craft.

As the Minister-designate for Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, Dzifa Gomashie brings a wealth of experience in the arts, having served as Deputy Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts from 2013 to 2017. Her passion for culture and education has earned her recognition both locally and internationally.

Crown Buka’s comments come as he promotes his latest EP, “Things In Me”. The EP showcases his versatility as an artiste, as he experiments with a more melodic style, switching from his usual rap flow to singing.
